Greg has over 25 years' experience in sales, marketing, and strategic alliance leadership with both start-up and established B2B organizations. He has consulted to leaders in software, communications technology, imaging, hospitality, distribution, consumer goods and agribusiness.
As a Change Agent, he serves as consultant, facilitator, adviser and coach to executives and customer teams of companies ranging from startups to industry-leading multinationals. He has developed and guided deal and relationship strategies for major account wins measured from six figures to over 40 million dollars.
Clients consistently give Greg high marks for his willingness to quickly and deeply understand their business, their objectives, their customers - and non-customers - and bring fresh perspective that helps quickly realize value. He has worked with clients from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.
Greg has successfully completed the Blue Ocean Strategy Course Certification, administered by the Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Center and has successfully applied Blue Ocean Strategy in a variety of industries. He is a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the International Association of Facilitators and the Strategic Account Management Association. He received his Bachelors in Business Economics and Finance from Marquette University and has completed Executive Education programs in change and innovation at the Wharton School. He has been a member of the Masters Forum since 2001.
Greg invests his energy and talents to community and world service. He is an active member of Rotary International, where he serves in both club and district leadership roles. He applies innovation and experience design principles to drive club impact and membership growth. He also facilitates strategic visioning for Rotary clubs to create compelling impact and to inspire new generations to serve.
Greg resides in Minnesota with his wife Cindy and his 2 daughters. When it is time for recreation, he enjoys soccer, running, mountain biking, golf, sailing and woodworking.
